What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you delete your PearMonie account:
All your personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) will be permanently erased from our systems.
All stored business records, such as invoices, receipts, orders, budgets, and reports, will also be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Your access to any features, premium tools, or referrals will be revoked.
This action is irreversible.
Important: Before proceeding, ensure you’ve downloaded or exported any important business data you may need for your records.
How to Delete Your PearMonie Account
Follow these quick steps:
Open the PearMonie App
Tap on “More” in the navigation menu
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”
Review the warning message
Tap “Confirm” to permanently delete your account

Data Retention and Legal Compliance
Once you confirm deletion:
All personal and business data is irreversibly deleted within 7 days (except where required by law).
PearMonie does not retain deleted user information for any advertising or marketing purposes.
We comply with global data protection regulations including the NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) and GDPR (where applicable).
